The shelters\u00a0are located at:<\/p>\n<p>a) \u00a01210 Seymour Street<\/p>\n<p>b) \u00a021 East 5th Avenue<\/p>\n<p>c) \u00a0826 Richards Street<\/p>\n<p>d) \u00a02610 Victoria Drive<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The City of Vancouver and Province of BC fund the Winter Response Shelters.
